Telephone enquiries and fees

Free initial telephone consultations are provided for general information about your situation rather than formal legal advice.

Where legal advice is sought and given over the telephone Road Legal Ltd may charge fees and, where that applies, we hereby advise you of the matters in the attached Conduct and Client Care Information.

Telephone calls are confidential and may be recorded for reference purposes.

Terms of engagement

Road Legal will provide terms of engagement and information about fees for any legal services beyond a first telephone call if so retained or if requested.  Fees are normally charged on a fixed fee basis with payments spread over time.
